| SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS UPDATE |

Hello Chaos!!
I want to let you all know that I am going to be helping out with coordinating subs for people who have to miss games.
We currently have all of Paula's games covered.
I will be posting a note on the forum to list who is covering for her to confirm that we are all on the same page.
In an effort to make this an easier process for everyone, please let me know if you are going to miss a game.
I will then find a sub for you.
If you talk to someone first about taking a game for you, let me know so I can update the site and the coaches.
Hopefully this will make it easier for everyone to keep track of who is doing what and when and most importantly to make sure
we have enough players on the ice at game time, though at the moment it doesn't appear that this will be a problem.
Thank you all for your patience with getting this new process started and for going with the flow up until now.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO
Everyone will need to register with both USA Hockey and WHAM and have their certification verified BEFORE they can be added to the Chaos roster. This includes subs, managers anc coaches.
Priority registration is now open and will be open for the next two weeks. PLEASE REGISTER DURING THIS TIME (details on how below). The reason for this urgency is because, once you have registered, your credentials will need to be presented to Sarah Palin (or some poor soul from USA Hockey who has to look at over 14,000 passports and birth certificates). Cindy will have the chance to present a copy of your credentials at the fall scheduling meeting. So, if you want Cindy (or me) to present your credentials for you, please mail them so we have them BEFORE Oct. 3.
If you do not register in the next two weeks and send a copy of your credentials to Cindy before Oct. 3., you'll need to wait until registration re-opens for general registration and then present your credentials in person at one of a scarce few credentialing meetings. This could very well affect whether you're able to be added to the CHaos roster in time to start skating for the season.
And that would just plain suck.
So, please register within the next 2 weeks and send Cindy a copy of your passport/birth cert. before Oct. 3. THANK YOU!

REGISTRATION DETAILS
1. OPen WHAM website (www.whamhockey.org)
2. Create an account
3. You will be emailed a confirmation
4. Open the confirmation and navigate back to the WHAM site so you are logged in and can see the "REGISTRATION" link at the top of the page.
5. Click link. Locate option to register for USA Hockey
6. Register for USA Hockey
7. Keep your confirmation # that you receive
8. Go back to WHAM site
9. Register with WHAM (you will need your USA Hockey registration confirmation)
Cost: $30 for USA hockey, $15 for WHAM
If you have already registered with USA Hockey (for AHA or other league), I'd suggest using your confirmation number from that registration.
Don't worry if you do not have a jersey number yet.
